PROCESS OF PROMOTION
A. For the rank of MG TO RMG, GBF SGF and From RMG, GF, SGF to FOUNDERS (Process Number 1)
STEP 1- Submit the names of those who will be recommended for promotion to the chapter Council for deliberation.
STEP 2- The chapter Council will schedule a session and include in their agenda the deliberation of the members recommended for promotion. The members of the Council should base their decision in the provisions of the Constitution and By Laws.
STEP 3- If all recommended for promotion has been approved and without object, a Council Resolution shall be passed signed by majority of the Councilors and be forwarded to the President for signature.
In case of disapproval, the one recommending shall be informed by the chapter Council in writing and sighting/stating the reason of disapproval.
STEP 4- The Resolution shall be forwarded to the chapter Fraternal Commission for action. If approved, the chapter Fraternal Commission shall pass a resolution approving the promotion and request the chapter president to let those whose recommendation has been approved to fill up the necessary application form for promotion and forward it to the National Promotion Board through channel for confirmation.
In case of disapproval, the chapter Fraternal Commission shall inform the chapter council for the disapproval in writing stating the reason for disapproval.
STEP5- The National Promotion Board shall now review the resolution and approved/disapproved the application and send it back to the chapter for action and or implementation.
STEP 6- An appropriate ceremony for promotion shall be conducted by the National Promotion Board or its authorized representative to implement the promotion.

STEP 1 Any officer of the National Body may recommend to the National Promotion Board those deserving members to the considered for promotion.
STEP 2 The National Promotion Board shall assess the recommendation. All those whose recommendation has been approved shall be informed through channel.
STEP 3 If there will be an objections from the chapters where those recommended came from a formal written objection signed by the one objecting, shall be submitted to the National Promotion Board endorse by their respective Chapter Council, Chapter President & Chapter Fraternal Commission stating the reasons of their objections.
STEP 4 The National Promotion Board shall conduct through investigation of the objection including Bio-Data investigation of the member or officer posing the objection. We shall always consider that the one objecting shall have nothing objectionable for himself/herself. Otherwise, he/she shall be liable to demotion of his/her rank and or suspension or expulsion for creating doubts in the minds of the National Promotion Board if later found to the baseless.
STEP 5 An appropriate ceremony shall be conducted by the National Promotion Board or its duly authorized representative.
B. Promotion from FOUNDER (F) to NATIONAL FOUNDER (NF)
STEP 1 Promotion from Founder (F) to National Founder shall be the authority of the National Triumvirate & The Guardians House if Doctrines. Any National Founder (NF) however, may recommend deserving Founders for promotion to National Founders (NF) to the GNT or GHOD.
A written recommendation shall be submitted to the National Promotion Board stating his/her achievements. All certificates of attendance to the National gathering, Conventions, Summits and Conferences shall be attached to the recommendation.
STEP 2 The National Promotion Board shall assess the recommendation. It shall also consider the number of National Founders (NF) already existing in the Region he/she came from. If there is no violation in the existing policies, the National Promotion Board will forward the names of those recommended to the National Triumvirate for confirmation.
STEP 3 The National Promotion Board will then inform the member to be promoted to fill up the necessary forms and, together with the assessment, the member to be promoted will send it to the GHOD for approval.
STEP 4 The Investiture ceremony shall be done during National Conventions only except when the Guardians Parliament setting “EN BANC” shall pass a resolution for the conduct of the ceremony but only during national scheduled events.
C. Promotions shall only be granted to the officers or members who came from Chapters which are considered in “ACTIVE STATUS”. Meaning, currently paying Annual Chapter dues, submitted the complete documents such as Roster of Members, Organized Federal Confederation Areas and continuously communicating with the National Officers in the National Headquarters.
D. Governing Rules that covers on the SPOT promotion granted by the Guardians National Triumvirate (GNT) and the Guardians House of Doctrines (GHOD) during National gatherings such as National Conventions., Summits & Conferences.
1. Attendee to the National Gatherings of the GBI may enjoy the privilege to be promoted covered by “SPOT” promotion if he is attending officially and registered as a delegate, resource person or observer in the place of an official participant. This shall always depend upon if the GNT of the GHOD will declare The “Privilege of Spot Promotion” during the duration of the event.
2. He/She shall be allowed to fill up an application for promotion commensurate to his status distribute to his status distributed by the National Promotion Board.
3. The application form shall be duly endorsed by a recognized National Founder (NF) holding a National Position preferably in the Membership & Promotion Division of a National Body.
4. The Attendee, who is already a recommended officer for promotion shall be called for an interview by a panel specially organized by the GNT of the GHOD for the purpose of SPOT promotion.
5. The panel shall always consider the accountability clause of the member, with the following considerations:
A. An active member in the chapter (attended 75% of all the meetings in the chapter). The recommending National Founder shall attest to this.
B. No pending complaint in any quasi-judicial body or proper courts in the Philippines.
C. Paid all his monetary obligations in the Chapter/Federal Confederations and or national obligations.
D. And, he/she shall be the cause of any mis-agreement, intrigues and division in the Chapter.
6. The panel shall also consider the percentage equivalent of the existing number of ranks in the Chapters, Federal Confederations and or Regions where the one recommended comes from.
7. An appropriate ceremony shall be administered by the Triumvirate themselves durinf the event.
E. The above stated rules and steps that covers the Promotion Process shall be strictly observe.
